ALEX DAVIES
Chief Executive Officer

Alex Davies is the Chief Executive Officer of Ejadah Asset Management Group, the UAE’s leading provider of Total Community Services and Facilities Solutions. Under his leadership, Ejadah encompasses three core entities: Idama Facilities Management, Arkan Security Services, and Shabaka Solutions.
With over 27 years of senior leadership experience across Real Estate, Infrastructure, and the Built Environment, Alex brings deep expertise in Facilities Management, Local Government Services, and Energy Management, gained across both the UK and UAE. His strategic focus is on delivering operational excellence, driving innovation, and fostering sustainable, people-led service models that place clients at the heart of every solution.
Prior to joining Ejadah, Alex held key executive roles including Senior Vice President – Corporate Affairs at Dubai Holding, Chief Commercial Officer at Dubai Holding Real Estate, and Managing Director of a leading integrated FM company in the UAE.
Alex is committed to shaping the future of facilities solutions through a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence to drive regional growth.

INDIKA WIJAYARATHNE
Vice President - Finance & Business Support

With over 20 years of experience in auditing and finance, Indika is an experienced finance professional who has worked in leading UAE based real estate groups and Big 4 audit firms. Prior to joining Ejadah, Indika worked with Dubai Properties Group as Director Financial Planning, Reporting and Control since 2008. Prior to that he worked as an audit professional for Deloitte & Touche and Earnst & Young, in Middle East, USA and Sri Lanka.
Indika holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and BSc. Accountancy and Financial Management (Sp.) degree. He is a fellow member (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CASL).

AMER KALANTAR
Vice President – Commercial & Client Relations

Amer Kalantar is the Vice President of Commercial & Client Relations at Ejadah Asset Management Group, the UAE’s leading Total Community Solutions Provider. In his role, Amer leads the company’s strategic client partnerships, commercial growth initiatives, and customer experience transformation.
With over 20 years of leadership experience across Asset Management, Project Management, and Operations, Amer has contributed to diverse sectors including Real Estate, Government, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, Entertainment, and Industry. He has been instrumental in managing and delivering some of the region’s most iconic destinations, such as Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, The Dubai Fountain, Address, Vida and Palace Hotels, as well as Emaar’s flagship master communities and Nakheel’s landmark Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Golf Estates.
Throughout his career, Amer has held senior leadership roles overseeing large-scale facilities operations, mixed-use master communities, and multi-billion-dirham asset portfolios that define the region’s built environment.
At Ejadah, Amer is focused on strengthening client relationships, driving commercial excellence, and enhancing service delivery standards. He is passionate about fostering innovative partnership models, promoting sustainability, and aligning facilities management strategies with evolving market and client needs. He also spearheads the development of new business verticals to capture emerging opportunities and sustain Ejadah’s growth momentum.

SIMON CURRIE
Vice President – Arkan Security Management Solutions

Simon is a certified and qualified security and facilities management professional with over 35 years’ experience, of which the last 10 years where he was responsible for managing and improving both the Security and Facilities Management Business Units in Transguard Group.
Recognized as a highly successful and efficient planner, manager and leader with a passion for detail, Simon leads the Arkan Security Management Solutions business with a focus on continual improvement and innovation across all aspects of operational service delivery and achieving excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

STUART WADDELL
Vice President - Strategy & Business Excellence

Stuart is an Executive Director – Strategy and Business Excellence, Stuart’s role incorporates responsibility for Strategy, ESG, Supply Chain Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance, as well as Business Excellence.
Following a degree in Building Economics and Quantity Surveying, Stuart has over 20 years’ experience in the built environment, starting in the UK and now with more than 14 years in the Middle East.
Having covered a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, residential and commercial buildings, Stuart has also gained the full breadth of business management experience. From startups to full business responsibility, management of multiple support functions, business strategy execution, international expansion, M&A and integrations, Stuart is well placed to help drive Ejadah’s next chapter.

ALAA YASIN
Vice President – Idama Facilities Management Solutions

Highly accomplished and performance focused executive with over 25 years of experience and more than 18 years of pioneering leadership in the FM industry with a robust track record of driving corporate business strategies into substantial operational and financial growth. Alaa worked with MAB Facilities Management LLC as Chief Operating Officer. He steered and guided the Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Dubai & KSA Branches to become among the most renowned, distinguished, and profitable. He possesses the ability to develop partnerships and build healthy relationships with clients and stakeholders.  
Alaa leads Ejadah operations Dubai, Abu Dhabi and supports the sustainability and growth of the organization through effective client relationship and service delivery for the achievement of the department as well as organization’s objectives. In addition, he is identifying and developing new methodologies in providing excellent service to the clients. He assists the Central Operations Team to deliver in supplier performance evaluations.
He manages the operational and financial performance of respective client accounts with the objective of optimizing resource utilization, maximizing revenue & profitability, optimizing working capital requirement, enhancing delivery of services as per SLA and QHSE standards, and achieving excellent customer satisfaction.
