Ensure the participation of its employees with the appropriate training, motivational and awareness programmes relevant to each management system;
Ensure consultation and participation of workers at all applicable levels in improving Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) management system;
Monitor, review and improve the quality, health, safety and environmental objectives;
Continually improving our management system performance by periodically reviewing our policies, objectives, business processes, employee skills and performance of external service providers;
This policy shall be communicated to all employees and shall be made available to interested parties.
