Ejadah is committed to continuously strive to ensure that our services are delivered in a manner that:

  1. i. Protects health and safety of People & Environment
  2. ii. Meet Stakeholders’ expectations

The company is committed to implementing and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS) focused on achieving and exceeding customer expectations, ensuring safety of its employees and subcontractors while providing services by taking measures to prevent injury and ill health. The company shall also take applicable measures to protect the environment including prevention of pollution (air, land, and water), mitigation of climate change and protection of general ecosystems.

The management has established quality, environmental and safety objectives in maintaining, reviewing, and improving the company’s performance. The management is committed to meeting the needs and expectations of the stakeholders, and in developing its employees, as achievement of these objectives is possible only through a motivated, well-trained, well-aware and result-oriented team.

To achieve the above, Ejadah is committed to:

  1. Comply with the management systems;
  2. Provide a safe and healthy work environment, aligned with legislation and regulations;
  3. Ensure the participation of its employees with the appropriate training, motivational and awareness programs relevant to each management system;
  4. Ensure consultation and participation of workers at all applicable levels in improving Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) management system;
  5. Monitor, review and improve the quality, environmental and safety objectives;
  6. Continually improve our IMS performance by periodically reviewing our policies, objectives, business processes, employee skills and performance of external service providers;
  7. Fulfill compliance obligation and local legal requirements;
  8. Strive to eliminate OHS hazards and reduce OHS risks.

This policy shall be communicated to all employees and shall be made available to interested parties.
