Ejadah, together with its facilities management arm, IDAMA Facility Management, aims to establish and maintain best practices in alignment with its Integrated Management System policies and Governance framework. By adhering to leading project management practices, Ejadah ensures the effective identification, management, and monitoring of Facility Management System (FMS) services across its maintained or managed assets across its portfolios and geographical domains where it operates.
This Facilities Management Policy defines the guidelines and framework that must be followed by Ejadah and IDAMA employees, suppliers, service providers, and any other interested parties when conducting integrated facility management activities.
To achieve this objective, Ejadah has established, implemented, and continually improved a Facility Management System (FMS) in alignment with ISO 41001:2018 standards and the Ejadah FMS Policy. This includes rigorous management of processes and their interactions to uphold the highest standards in facilities management.
Ejadah is committed to:
i. Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, and demonstrate commitment to fulfilling them.
ii. Align with parent company policies, including Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols.
iii. Define and assign responsibilities and authorities for relevant roles and clearly communicate to all relevant personnel.
iv. Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities related to FMS operations.
v. Establish facility management objectives at all relevant functions and levels, considering the stakeholders needs, the requirements of relevant interested parties, and other financial, technical and organizational requirements within the facility management planning process.
vi. Plan and manage changes effectively to drive continual improvement of the FMS.
vii. Understand and fulfill the needs and expectations of relevant interested parties, including clients, to ensure compliance with requirements.
viii. Determine and provide the resources necessary for the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the FMS.
ix. Assess and ensure the competence of employees and contracted entities by providing necessary training and awareness to fulfill strategic and contractual obligations and to enhance FMS performance.
x. Determine the internal and external communication needs and necessary resources and implement processes to effectively manage internal and external communications.
xi. Plan, implement, and control the processes required to meet FMS requirements and to implement the actions determined during FMS planning.
xii. Define and periodically review the scope of integrated facility management operations, measuring performance against established standards.
xiii. Conduct regular internal operational audits to assess and ensure conformance with FMS standards.
xiv. Analyze feedback to understand customer experience and measure customer satisfaction levels for continual improvement.
This policy shall be communicated to all employees and shall be made available to interested parties.
There is no expiry date for this policy and it will continue in place until revoked or revised.
