Ejadah’s Facilities Management arm Idama is delighted to have been awarded, the Deira Waterfront project by leading Dubai Property Developer, Ithra Dubai, on a multi-year contract, for handling the operations and maintenance of the inspirational Deira re-juvenation project Deira Waterfront Properties (DWP). The appointment is for the first stage completions and establishes Idama as a single point of responsibility for managing and delivering facilities’ management services that include Transition & Handover Management, DLP Management, MEP System Maintenance, Building & Fabric Management, Soft services such as cleaning and janitorial services Pest Control Services, Management of Specialized System Maintenance, 24 Hours Help Desk and Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM)
